| Six PACE members along with some people with Texas United and Green Party showed up at the courthouse in Austin on 7-26-00. It was for a court hearing about the lawsuit against Bush and DPS when they locked us up last year. This was trying to get Bush to do a deposition and it got the expected decision - no. The lawsuit goes on. Some of the evidence was that the people could march for the Confederate flag and not get arrested under his bogus law but if you were protesting Bush being bought out by the corporations to pollute you got arrested. We had a press conference outside the courthouse with the Daily Texan and Fox 7. |
