| Everything is real smooth in Tyler. Word at the clockhouse is last week when kero was at six dollars a barrel profit, we have around 40,000 barrells of it contaminated and we can't sell it. Thanks to Mgt., and the don't fix it if it's broke or patch and go till you blow attitude we are told we are not making money. Henry's management expertice should be put in booklet or flyer format( not enough info for a book) and distributed as "How Not to Run a Corporation".
We will have a Union meeting Mon. 2/7/00 and I will continue to keep you at the forfront of our meeting. As you know our contract is up March 31/00 and there is a push (small though it may be) to consider what our contract could look like so when thrown on the table down there, you could live with it too! I know, Oh how I know,we have a long way to go. But as you have done, for years now, and not given up, neither will I. Unionisum is not going away, and together, We will make it!Henry doesn't like worker justice, But, you Will have it through PACE!!!! |
