| Iam sorry this web sight does not leave messages by the likes of mr. mill manager.Every word he types just bleeds with ignorance.I hope he continues to run his plant of minimumally paid workers.He's probably correct in saying his workers make twice as much as they used to.I mean if I could make $8 an hour instead of $4 I would be happy too.However,if I could make a living that could actually support my family with the benefits my coworkers and I deserved and it took the union to get these things,then there isn't much choice.He can say what he wants but my company would not give me the time of day much less a raise if they were not forced to.Companies can ship their manufacturing plants anywhere in the world,but most choose to stay right here in the USofA because of the superior craftsmanship and fortitude of American workers!!!So Mr.mill manager, your workers would probably prefer you send your jobs overseas so they could get a job that is not based on how much money YOU can line your pockets with. |
