| Shareholders lodge complaint against Crown
A group of Crown Central Petroleum shareholders filed a formal complaint with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission alleging that the company failed to disclose in its reports that a major contractor may pull its business from Crown. The contractor, Statoil, told Baltimore-based Crown that it would not renew its contract with the company unless a lockout of Crown workers in Texas is resolved. |
