| Iraq is damned if it does and damned if it doesnt.. If this article is
correct Iraq has already given grounds for war since it refuses to destroy its missiles, has not allowed unconditional overflights, and is not allowing or getting its scientists to give private untaped testimony. If Iraq refuses to destroy its missiles it will give a reason for war. If it does it will destroy part of its defensive capability. If Iraq refuses to allow unconditional spy flights it will give a reason for war. If it does it will give significant intelligence to further the US war effort. If Iraq refuses to allow scientists to be spirited away for private untaped testimony it is a reason for wra. If it does it may face bribed and/or coerced false testimony that will be used as a reason for war. |
