TELL IT TO THE CHIEFTAIN Save HARP slopes by J. Doug Ohmans 7 Apr 2013--Pueblo architect Gary Anzuini (HARP Authority treasurer) remains interested in building a retail office building on one of the riverwalk's so-called grassy slope areas near City Hall (Chieftain, March 29). The most stupid political act I have seen in my tenure in Pueblo was its failure to build a combined city and county Pueblo Judicial Building. Imagine us little folks generating a fifth of a billion dollars. The second most stupid will be Pueblo City Council abdicating on leadership over Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority not to build on our proposed HARP Community Celebration Center.
