| IF WE ENVISION a reformist program aimed at social-democracy, 'tax the rich' is a distraction from the more potent form of equalization -- public spending. In my top 5, it would be number 5, after Medicare-for-all, rebuild the cities & national infrastructure, the gov as employer of last resort, and a family allowance. There is also the trivial matter of securing the planet from climate change.
