TELL IT TO THE CHIEFTAIN
Save the grassy slopes

THE HARD-headed Pueblo City Council at its work session (July 18) in effect resolved to let our Riverwalk lots 6 and 7 (L and M in Pueblo's E-District application) be developed as planned and voted, if anyone appears with millions of dollars.
This, because the Fourth of July celebration overflowed even the proposed Home of Heroes Memorial Amphitheater.
Yet, it was just right for a concert by Beulah's Michael Martin Murphey. And is for sitting.
Save Our Grassy Slopes' complete argument can be found at pushitback.org.
