I PRESUME THAT THE mission of the Division of Wildlife in studying the size of the deer herd is to make certain the Division can manage the herd so that the herd does not grow larger than the carrying capacity of the land to which the deer are confined.
Is there a Division of Non-Wildlife to monitor the human population to see that the human population does not grow larger than the carrying capacity of the available land?
