| Half a year later, Pueblo millionaire Sam Brown is extending his semi-criminal domain. Rojas Restaurante on 4th St. between the freeway and Santa Fe has closed, and its parking lot towards the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center seized by RMA Towing (miniature sign posted). Tonight at a cultural event arts center people had to stand warning participants they would be towed and fined $280 if they parked there as usual.
