Doug O. Negative Tow supposedly requested by "property agent," but occurred before any stores opened, within half an hour. Charged $30 for "storage," amounting to 45 minutes. Skinhead manager and staff sarcastic, condescending and abusive. Boycott property owner *********************** they order surveillance and exploit overflow 9:30am parking situation at Pueblo Judicial Center. Hole-in-the-wall making $1000/ day for four years off poor people stressed by Court appointments. Would not take my debit card, then required "exact change." Threatened not to return my truck at all-see www.rmatowing.com to add your comments! 08/14/17 Roseanna F. Negative They towed my son's car from a legal parking spot cost 278.50 for not even 24hrs. They said they did NOT have any photos of where they towed it from.They also did NOT allow me to go in with my son! 07/22/17 Jason G. Negative Lied about time car was towed, did not provide owner of car notice, and is considered an illegal business in the city by many. Was even on the news about poor business ethics. 06/24/17 Trent D. Negative Will not allow payment at time of hooking up car which was 80 dollars, rudely and agressively take car to their lot leaving you stranded, when you get to lot to pay fine they charge 170.00 for tow, 30.00 for storage, by the time they are done it's 270.00. Running quite the scam!! |
