| This morning RMA Towing came in our apartment complex as we were leaving in a cab. When we got back home they had our car up and ready to drive off. My husband and brother in law ran to give them the title to show they owned it and to pay the money for them to drop it which is the law. They refused and kept saying we aren't the owners. Our name is on the title they brought to show them. They tried to drive off through the entrance because they were blocked off when they tried to back up. My husband went around to show them they legally have to give it to us if were paying for it and he tried to stop them and they ran into him and he flew a few feet before landing hard on the ground. Hes injured and I am beyond pissed. They did this in front of my daughter and me. My daughter was so scared and wanted to run up to him but I was scared they'd try and run and hit her. As if this isnt bad enough they LAUGHED when they hit him. They kept laughing and said get up move! He couldn't get up his back was injured. The ambulance had to take him to the ER. They lowered the car back down for FREE. This is the SECOND TIME they have given us a car they towed for free. Why would they give it back for free if they did nothing wrong. They said it was for parking over the line but it wasnt over the line. It was on the line. We have a parking pass that was mandatory to get or all cars would be towed that didnt have one. So we got one and they still are continuing to mess with us. My husband has a concussion and other injuries because they wanted to steal our car. We are suing RMA Towing and I hope none else is going through anything with them. |
