Peggy was a very inspirational person. she always inspired people to achieve their utmost through her love and compassion.
She was always very giving of her time. There was one day I was having a vocal recital and my Aunt Peggy was still able to to attend even though she had attended two other recitals that same day. Peggy was always there to give her love and support.
There was another time that my family was on a weekend vacation with Carol and Peggy. We went to
Milwaukee Zoo. There, we had the chance to ride an elephant. my mother had already done this once before and was not anxious to do it again, but Peggy was not afraid of new experiences. She got up and rode the elephant with my sister, her own children, and myself. how many other aunts would ride a huge, rather unnerving animal for her nieces and children. Peggy always knew when and how to cheer someone up.
She always had fun experiences to do, like when we went to the Naperville River Walk, and then to a little ice cream shop called the Key, or when she organized a family get-together at a hotel over-night to go swimming.
Peggy never hesitated when it came to the people she cared about and loved. She was more than an aunt. she was an angel on earth. I am going to miss her with my whole heart and soul.
