| It's now been three weeks since I was waiting for a call from Aunt Marge saying Peg and family had arrived in Golden for the start of her family vacation, instead I got a call from Aunt Mary with the tragic news of the accident. Peg's in my thoughts daily. She and her family gladly gave me a place to stay in her home when I would travel to Chicago to visit my Dad when he was sick, and she comforted me when he died a few years back. Now, all too soon, she has joined our grandparents and her godfather and all those who went before her. She can help Gram watch over the rest of the family and locate those "close in parking places" when we need them most. |
